Review & finish
Your workspace is ready
You're set up. Two steps left. First get your 30+ agents into Claude - they install from our repository, so there's nothing to unzip and nothing to re-download when we improve them. Then grab your brand files , the brain they read from.
Step 1 - Add your agents to Claude
Three short parts: a free GitHub account, us letting you in, then two clicks in Claude.
Three and a half minutes, start to finish - creating the account, sending us your username, and adding the agents in Claude. Every step is written out below too, if you would rather read than watch.
1 · Your GitHub account
GitHub is where your agents live. The account is free and you only need it once. If you already have one, use it - no need for a second.
Go to github.com/signup .
Enter your email, pick a username and a password, and verify your email. That's the whole sign-up - you can skip anything it offers you afterwards.
Write your username down. It's what we need, and it's what shows in your profile address: github.com/your-username .
2 · Send us your username, then accept the invite
We give your account read-only access to the agents repository. Nothing installs until this is done, so it's worth doing first.
Send my username to Hedgehog
⧉ Copy it instead
Then watch for an email from GitHub inviting you to Hedgehog-Marketing/hilda-agents and click Accept invitation . Check your spam folder if it hasn't landed. Already sent it to your Hedgehog contact? Just accept the invite when it arrives.
3 · Add the agents in Claude
Once the invitation is accepted, open your Claude desktop app and do this once.
In the Claude sidebar, open Customize , then Plugins , then Add marketplace .
Paste this in as the marketplace, and confirm. If Claude asks you to sign in to GitHub, sign in with the account you just gave us.

Copy
Find hilda-agents in the list and click Install . That's your whole team of 30+ agents, in one go.
Check it took: start a new chat and ask "which Hedgehog agents do I have?" If Claude lists them, you're done.
Use Claude Code in a terminal? - two commands instead
Same access rules apply - accept the GitHub invitation first, and make sure you're signed in to GitHub on that machine.
claude plugin marketplace add Hedgehog-Marketing/hilda-agents
Copy
claude plugin install hilda-agents@hedgehog-agents
Copy
🔄 You never download your agents again. Because they install from our repository, every improvement we make reaches you through the same marketplace - the Claude app updates them for you, and in Claude Code it's claude plugin update hilda-agents.
If the agents won't install , it's almost always the access step - the repository is private, so until your invitation is accepted the install looks like it's simply not working. Check the invitation email from GitHub, accept it, and try again. Still stuck? Send us the exact error and we'll sort it.
Step 2 - Your brand files
Everything you just filled in, as files your agents read: your brand, your facts and your know-how, plus tidy folders for the rest. These are your files, not the agents - the agents came from the marketplace in Step 1. Claude can't read a folder you haven't given it, so this is how your brand reaches them. Small download, yours to edit any time:
START-HERE.md read this first - agents, then workspace
marketing-workspace/ ← connect this whole folder to Claude
marketing-hub/ your brand & facts - agents read this
brand-config.md
source-of-truth.md
knowledge-base/ FAQs, product detail, proof, policies
templates/ reusable briefs
meetings/ call recordings & transcripts
plans/ monthly & quarterly plans, strategy
briefs/ campaign & content briefs in progress
assets/ logo, images, brand files
reports/ performance reports & exports
content/ drafts & published content
README.md what goes where + how to connect it
connect-your-tools.md which tools to connect, and why
Next: save this folder somewhere sensible and connect it to your Claude desktop app. We'll show you exactly how once you've got it.
↓ Get my brand files
↓ brand-config.md only
↓ source-of-truth.md only
Downloads as a .zip - unzip it and keep the folder together. START-HERE.md inside repeats both steps in case you come back to it later.

Your brand files are ready
One last thing: connect the folder to Claude. From then on every agent reads your brand without being asked. Five minutes, once.
Under five minutes - connecting the folder to Claude so every job starts from your brand. Written out below too, if you would rather read than watch. Heads up: the video still shows an older last step where you build a skill called our-brain - you can skip that now, your agents do it themselves. Steps written out below are current.
💻 Do this part on a computer. Connecting a folder happens in the Claude desktop app , so it can't be done on a phone. On your mobile right now? Email this page to yourself and pick it up on your laptop.
Step 1 - Connect your brain folder
Claude can only read a folder you have handed it. The connector that does that is called Filesystem - you add it once, point it at your marketing-workspace folder, and your agents can read your brand and facts from then on.
First - where to keep the folder
Ideally your workspace lives in cloud storage that syncs to your computer - like the Google Drive or Dropbox desktop app. That keeps it backed up in the cloud and available as a normal folder on your machine, which is exactly what Claude connects to. A plain folder on your computer works fine too.
Cloud storage, synced to your computer
Just a folder on my computer
Unzip the marketing-workspace folder, keeping the whole folder together.
Save it into your synced cloud folder - the Google Drive, Dropbox or OneDrive folder on your computer that syncs to the cloud. Now it's backed up online and lives on your machine as a normal folder.
Unzip the marketing-workspace folder and save it somewhere you'll keep it - your Documents folder is fine. Keep the whole folder together.
Remember where you put it. You'll point Claude at it in a moment.
Then - add the Filesystem connector
In your Claude desktop app, open Settings , then Connectors .
Add a new connector and choose Filesystem - the one that gives Claude access to files on your computer.
Point it at your marketing-workspace folder and allow access. Not the zip, and not a folder above it - the workspace folder itself.
Check it took: ask Claude "what's in my marketing-workspace folder?" If it lists your folders back, you're connected.
Step 2 - Check your agents can see it
There's nothing to build here. Your agents already come with a brain skill that reads your brand and your facts at the start of every marketing job, without being asked. This step just confirms it's found your folder.
Paste this into a new chat
What do you know about my business? Answer only from my marketing-hub, and tell me which file each fact came from.
Copy
You're set if it comes back with your real offers, pricing and audience and names brand-config.md or source-of-truth.md. From here on your agents pull from these files on their own - you don't need to paste anything at the start of a chat, and you don't need to build a skill to make it stick.
If it can't find your folder
If it answers in generalities, or says it can't see a marketing-hub, the connector in Step 1 hasn't taken - go back and check it's pointed at the marketing-workspace folder itself. To get moving in the meantime, paste this at the start of a chat and your agents will work from your brain for that conversation.
I've connected my marketing-workspace folder. Before any task, read marketing-hub/brand-config.md and marketing-hub/source-of-truth.md, and use marketing-hub/knowledge-base for detail. The meetings, plans, briefs, assets, reports and content folders hold supporting material.
Copy
What else goes in this folder
Your workspace comes with these folders ready to fill. The more you keep here, the more your agents can do - this is how an agency organises a client.
meetings/Call recordings and transcripts. Drop them here and ask an agent to summarise, pull action items, or turn notes into tasks.
plans/Monthly and quarterly plans and strategy docs, so agents work to your current direction.
briefs/Campaign and content briefs in progress.
assets/Logo files, brand images and photos agents can reference or reuse.
reports/Performance reports and data exports for agents to read and build on.
content/Drafts and published content, so nothing gets repeated and tone stays consistent.
How to work with your team
Two simple habits make the whole team work the way an agency does.
1. Start with the CEO. For anything bigger than a quick one-off, start with Hilda, your CEO. Tell her the goal in plain English - "plan and draft next month's content", "build a campaign for our winter offer", or "pull last month's report and tell me what to do next". She plans the work, picks the right agents, runs the quality checks, and brings it back. You never have to know which agent does what; she routes it for you.
2. The PREP or DO IT rule
Every task that lands on the CEO gets sorted into one of two buckets. It's the single most important rule in the stack - it stops agents over-reaching, and it's what makes you trust the system.
✓ DO IT
The agents have the skills → they ship it.
Writing a blog post, drafting ad copy, optimising bids, building a weekly report, flagging anomalies. Anything with clear guardrails and agents trained for the job. The CEO routes, they execute, QA reviews, you approve.
Example: "Ship a blog about our new pricing" → Content Agent drafts, QA reviews, the CEO delivers a ready-to-publish draft.
✎ PREP IT
New territory → the agents prep you for it.
Something the agents can't (or shouldn't) execute alone - board decks, new-hire briefs, strategic pivots, customer escalations. Instead of failing or faking it, the agents build you a prep kit: context, options, draft materials and risks.
Example: "We need a customer retention strategy" → agents pull churn data, competitor research and draft options, so you walk into the meeting prepped, not starting from zero.
Connect your tools
Your workspace files cover most work. Connecting your accounts lets your team work across your whole stack and pull live numbers. You connect your own accounts, so the team only ever sees your data. Add the ones relevant to you - full detail is in connect-your-tools.md in your download.
Your connector checklist
Design e.g. Canva, Adobe
Project Management e.g. ClickUp, Monday
Business Knowledge e.g. Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Slack, Supabase, Obsidian
Meeting Recordings e.g. Granola
AI Image Creation e.g. Higgsfield
Marketing Platforms e.g. Meta Ads, Klaviyo, SEMRush
Website e.g. WordPress, Webflow, Shopify
Accounting e.g. Xero
CRM e.g. HubSpot
Web Browser e.g. Control Chrome, Claude in Chrome
We set these up for you: Google Analytics, Google Ads and Search Console have no self-serve connector, so your Hedgehog team connects them securely for you - just ask. They unlock performance reports, ad optimisation and live search data.
Where to add them in Claude
Step 1 In the Claude sidebar, open Customize .
Step 2 Open Connectors , click + and choose Browse connectors , then connect the tools you use and sign in with your own account.
Not sure which to connect? Your Hedgehog team is happy to set any of these up with you.
Keep it alive: the more real material in your workspace - FAQs, meeting notes, plans, proof - the sharper your agents get. Edit anything any time, or re-run this setup to refresh your hub.
